Did the B777-240LR come to BOM?

Yes, It did a BOM-SFO nonstop flight.

It came to DEL as well and did a short DEL-DEL flight for the media people.There is also a trip report on a.net about its DEL-DEL flight.Here is the link:-

I saw this aircraft land at DEL after its short flight.

Yes 380,

The only time when Air India and Jet management and senior pilots were seen together, and on board the 777LR. Boeing had invited them for a demo flight.

Its different story now that 9W converted the LR order to 777-300s.

yes... saw it on the remote stands when it was in BOM

Yes the B772LR did visit BOM during its world tour.In fact it halted over 24hrs.A few persons were given Demo flights,including our Reporter "K" [Cricket from Anet].
