Ok I have read many posts amd now i feel many people feel the same that i feel. This thread is not directed for accusing the airlines directly at all.


I want to know one thing.


Both AI and IC are govt operated airlines. Infact AI had a better start IMO than IC as it was JRD Tata handling it. Govt shows an equal interest for both the airlines. Allowances for AI are infact more than that for IC. For example the gove cleared a larger sum for AI during its fleet renewal program than for IC.


But AI has always performed worse than IC. Service standards are comparitively poorer in AI. Overall experiencing a flight BOM-DXB-BOM in IC would be better than that in AI


My question is why has all this happened?

it is sarkari! thats alll!! after being given so many chances they still failed! its simple you have seen 9W... IT... and many more private airlines... why do they run so well? its because the boss has to make money and gives jobs to the people in such a way that he will get the best out of the employee and if the employee does wrong he is subject to being fired! but in sarkari offices thats not how it works... they are given a job by contract in the sense they cannot be fired until their tenure is over or they have made a huge mistake... in pvt airlines... the employees know that they have to work hard to stay in they company but in sarkari airlines or offices rather.. they are laid back and still do bad quality work because they know that they are not going to get fired...! that is all!!!!! its just the laid back indian attitude... id blame it on that...

I didn't mean comparing AI or IC vs any private airline but within themselves
