Hi mates,

This question is to the frequent fliers. What i wanted to know was in the domestic & international airlines which one has the most liberal FFP which means they are generous in giving mileages to people on discounted fares. Which give u plenty of freebies lol

and the probability of attaining a gold status is much faster on those compared to other airlines...

I knw just a weired question bt still wud like to discuss this thing in detail...

JJ-ji - something is seriously wrong in your list here.

In reality 9W and BA FFP are rubbish as far as earning miles on discounted tickets.

AI/LH are decent.

CX - don't know about them.

United Airlines is the most generous I have found so far. In terms of accrual and benefits and redeeming.  Just as long as you plan 4-6 months in advance you can go pretty much anywhere.


also the same ticket on LH book thru LH miles costs $180 but with UA miles $45. They don't charge all the surcharges on intl flights thru award reservations but if u call b/c you want a star alliance award they charge $15 per ticket.
