I was just updated by a colleague that Jet Airways will fly to Toronto via Munich and not via Brussels.

From what i gather, The plans of Jet Airways are to build up a European network of stopovers.  Jet Airways starts flights from Mumbai to Newark via Brussels next year. The start is forseen around the new summerschedule. I also speculate that later that year they will also start flights between Delhi and Canada via Brussels. They will fly the routes with the new long haul aircrafts.

Jet Airways has choosen Brussels above London, Frankfurt and Paris because of the "cheap" landing slots and the secure traffic rights.

Also 9W shows the following equipment of their website : 3 A343E and 1 A332.
