Do you guys remember those road side Chinese stalls? The one's with a red colored stall/hand cart. They had a Nepali cook for that 'Chinese' look. Food was average but the prices suited my budget during the college days.

They have created their own unique Indo-Chinese cuisine. I was surprised to see their growth abroad, there is one in ATLANTA and a couple here in London, yes serving Indo-Chinese, especially the schezuwan range of dishes. Never get schezuwan in the local authentic Chinese restaurant or take-away, just the odd guy does soe schezuwan meat dishes, but then they don't taste the same.

I somehow feel than Chinese Food preppared for Indian Taste buds is much better than the original Chinese dishes themselves.

I've had a few sickies due to these red stalls that were invariably placed on some gutter, funilly enough. Though the sickies didn't stop me from re-visiting them especially after polishing a botle of OLD MONK at the local beer bar.

I don't have the same adventurism now........
