GATI was a tie-up for cargo/delivery and using the IA network and aircraft for enhanced transportation and delivery. A unique venture between a private player and a public sector player.
For P&T, it is just postal and telegraph related items. Maran should be misquoted or he has called it as air cargo. But there is no such thing as air cargo for P&T, unless someone thinks letters/mail are worthy of being called air cargo!!!
