I'm Indian & Christian.My Folks are the Natives of Mumbai formerly Bombay.Ancestors were Portugese who merged with the Locals of Bombay,hence the Surname Ferreira.

I am from Trivandrum both from mother's and father's side.

Tex. if an Indian is Christian most will ask, Are you from Goa?
Even at LHR, the gate agent on seeing my last name "Fernandez" asked me if I was from Goa.
