that information is never likely to be available publicly unless u know someone in reservations or who works for the airline directly...

the only other way is sources working at the aiports who can access the register where all airlines declare the pax o/b figures for every flight... both incomming and outgoing to customs

You can never find the exact loads - that's something that's available only internally to the airline (they may not even share that info with the GDS system like Amadeus).

Some possibilities are:

1. Use a Airband scanner, most flights have to announce the POB (Persons on board) while getting clearance to push back. This is the most accurate way if you know the crew size, you can get the exact pax count (but can't say how many are paying, and how many non-rev)

2. Subscribe to some online GDS access systems for seat availability information. This only tells you how many seats are being offered at which fare level, but absolutely does not tell you how many seats sold/available in total.
Paid services: KVS Availability tool - $3/month and Expert Flyer - $5/month

3. Same info from a free site - not so reliable
Carlson-Wagonlit and Travel & Transport and KVS Availability tool - free version

Hope this helps - keep us updated with what you finally choose!
