A few weeks back i was passing juhu beach and saw AAI notice boards claiming that this land (the very beach, where the food stalls used to be present once) is under the possession of AAI and tresspassers will be prosecuted.

The same board was also placed on Hotel Ramada Groove's (i hope i got the name right) parking lot. Whats been happening ??

If you look closely at the CTS Land Bearing Survey then you shall realise that the entire gammut of land from the S V Road till Tulip Star (Formerly Centaur Juhu) and till the UTI Quarters opposite LIDO and all that came under AAI.

Encroachments made up Juhu.......Dont ask.......

See the encroachments.......Even BEST took away a major chunk of land.....Imagine if this prime property would have been available, could it be possible that our Domestic Airport would have been VAJJ and our International Airport VABB.......
