Jet Airways issued a statement Wednesday denying it blames the Indian government in part for the failed takeover of Air Sahara.

Surprising to see an annoyed Praful Patel, considering his "nickname" in Vayu Bhavan is "Civil Aviation Minister for Jet Airways".

That reminds me in a interview by some channel (if not wrong then NDTV) where some people ask questions to the guests, Praful Patel was there along with some experts, etc . (even gopinath i think) and there was a person who asks Praful Patel, "People say ur not only a Civil Aviation Minister but a Civil Aviation Minister for Jet Airways against government airways..." and u shud have seen Praful Patel's face as red as a tomato and he was like"i dont care what people say... I know I am doing my best I can we are going to order 43 aircrafts for IC and have already ordered for AI..."


This was shortly after AI's Boeings were ordered and IC'c Airbuses were to be ordered...


Hail to that guy who targetted Praful Patel POINT-BLANK!

Unmistakeable Vir Sanghvi in that new chat show of his. Vir made more fun by saying "and that has been changed now to The Civil Aviation Minister for Kingfisher".


This used to bug IA management and Praful used to clash with ex-IA MD and the great Sunil Arora about this ("favouring" Jet).


 


Praful and Vir were classmates!!!
