my logic:since the civil aviation section is a more hotter topic than the military we must have corporate posts besides we discuss so much about airlines so thats why

In a corporate hierarchy, designations have different meanings for different companies. e.g. in a company a Team Manager might be higher than a Team Leader & for others the reverse might apply.
So, I suggest using an Air Force hierarchy which would mean that the ranks would be unambiguous and clear.
How about aircraft - starting with a Citation or a Gulfstream, moving on to a Boeing 737/A320, then on to A330/Boeing 767/777, then 747 and finally A380!!

I am of the opinion that we should wait for one more week, and then go by whatever the majority decides.
I addition I am not in favour of equal spacing between the ranks. Typically, the growth curve gets steeper as one rises. Let me know what you feel about this?
Moderators after consultation have decided that everybody be reduced to the status of Member except Recruits. What we had been witnessing is a rat race to increase the number of post and rise through the ranks. That was having a negative impact on the quality of the post and was adversly affecting the forum. The poll is still open and verdict will be applied once discipline in the forum has been restored. It cannot be assured when.
