 How abt CCU? Its the metropolitan city so we get the advantaged of being based in the city... Will ask Hilton sisters to come down to Kolkatta the city of Joy and hav a photograph session with CM, Jyoti Basu, Karat....

Ayyo, no working in left areas pls. Let's explore down south. It's very resourceful. Let the health, wealth and wisdom equally spread in the two hemispheres of the nation.


There's no Hyd-based airline and city is spacious and clean compared to other metr cities in the country.


We have less competition, and Hyd is a developing city. We will be benefitting more in Hyd compared to Mum and Del.

Hyderabad as a hub

Sahara had the idea of using Hyderabad as a hub. This was probably the idea of their former CEO Rono Dutta who had a lot of experience in the US, ending up as CEO or president of United Airways. Actually, if you do some quantitative analysis for the optimal location of a hub in India, you will probably get Nagpur or Hyderabad depending on whether you take the top 7 cities (which gives Hyderabad) or a larger number (which will give you some place around Nagpur). In fact I had done a bit of number-crunching on this topic when I was doing my MS in applied mathematics.

As you are well aware, Sahara may soon cease to exist and so our airline can grab their facilities at HYD

well HYD even has big runways which makes it enabled for the B747s and besides the airport is privatised another advantage for us...


With S2 there or not there doesnt make a difference

What's the airline name? Indian-Midland??????


Would this be a low-cost or a premium carrier?


Good decision to be based at HYD. 


A/c type could be the 737NGs or the any aircraft in the 320 family (319-321)....Who's incharge of this???

The is Indian Midland Airways or simply IMA for short


Its a premium twin-class carrier...


The board has to decide whether its B737NG's or A320 Family i vote for the A320 Family because then we have a commonality for A318s, A319s, A320s and A321s we can operate the A318 in less crowded areas and smaller airfields and the A321s for routes like BOM-DEL or any other metro routes...


What do the BoD (Board of Directors) vote for?

Ok I shall accept the position of CEO since i live in NZ and Indians like to have phoren task masters....remember John Wright , Greg Chappel, Leuthi etc etc..


  We cud probably name the airline Swarg Air....(I dunno thts just a random name tht came up but will be appropriate because to eliminate costs i intended to use ex AI aircrafts...A310s, 747-200s....nything older and uglier will also do....ex AI aunties are guaranteed jobs and they can also keep their AI pension along wid it)


  No fixed salaries for any of the executives or board member only profit( or loss) sharing. Board meetings will be conducted on this site...infact this is the first one


 MEL ure fired....sorry no need for MX...these ac are so old and trusted tht they can possibly go wrong and if they do dear AI will always have a good enuf if not better replacement


 


Nyway if u have any questions please go ahead i will answer them at tomoro's meeting same time same place....

Er.. Shub we wanted to start an airline not a suicide company and we are definately not approving ur name of Swarg Airways cos we dont want our passengers to be called "Swargvasis".


Next MEL has to be there hes the trusted chap in Mx and we do need Mx staff so he's gonna be leading them.


There is no way we'll be operating AI dabbas even IAF wudnt take such a step


and yes since the CEO "needs" a private plane u can fly a ex-AI A310 or a bigger B747-200 with AI aunties to serve u on-board


And most important no one fires any1 here (i am not speaking about the forum i am speaking abt the airline)
