Anybody else in contention.


How about electing a CEO?? Everybody can put in their nominations...we can shortlist some depending on the numbers...and then take it from there. What do u guys think??

Kerala is reconsidering to start low-budget air service


Thiruvananthapuram, June 27 


Kerala Chief Minister V S Achuthandan today informed the State Assembly that the government was seriously reconsidering to start low-budget air service in the state.


The previous United Democratic Front (UDF) government had appointed ‘‘Earnest and Young,’’ a management advisory firm to prepare a feasibility report in this regard, he said, while replying to questions by Mr A Hamsa.


However, it had not taken any further steps to start the work eventhough it floated a private limited company to implement the project, he added.


Mr Achuthanandan said the government had noted that the aviation companies were charging huge fares from Keralites working in the Gulf and starting such low-budget air service would help to check the fares.


 


A proposal that keeps coming up, but the Centre said no. In desperation the Kerala Government even offered a stake in it to Air India, but the answer was still no.

Nobody will come for a tender. First let's get ready with plans. We can sell the ideas to business tycoons or some smart/stupid politician (to turn his/her black money into white).
