Info from IA source, sent it as email: (Aug 18, 2006)
IA now plans to convert its five 737s with a configuration of 8 pallets, with payload after conversion of 15-16 tons. The aircraft are to be used on a hub and spoke system with timings as per market needs. Operations are likely to begin in early 2007.
IA will be issuing notices in the media inviting parties to start booking space. The sectors for the cargo operations are with departure times:
He is cleared a and c license on the IC B732 so if they are converted into freighters then definately after the refresher course he will be signing the 732s

I saw three IAF B-737-200s in the technical area earlier today. (One parked way in the back had an orange fabric cover across the cockpit). So does that mean that one of the IC=CD aircraft has been "transferred" recently, or were there always three with the IAF?
