If you have just poted a msg then the minimum time u have to wait before you can post the second msg is the 'posting frequency permitted'

yes checked the setting, it is 60sec. Was about to set it to 0, but it warned that it is in place to stop "malicious scripts and spammers". So preferred to keep it that way. Counter-point welcomed.
