There are plans to make rwy 27-09 A380 compatible at the moment. There is a plan for a rwy parallel to rwy 28-10. This new rwy will be on the other side of the present international terminal. A lot of structures come in the way of that including Raddission and Centaur hotels plus some small villages.

The present rwy 28-10 was laid out only in 1975. There used to be a village there. Even the area taken up by the international terminal used to be a village before 1983.

You will have to wait for the master plan to have more details.
