Labor Law ?
Permalink Closed

Heyall,

Isnt there a law that states: Two people cannot be paid differently if they're doing the same job, at the same place? If yes, is there a document or a site that gives more insight into this?

I'm asking this cuz an airline employer I know works against this concept and would like to know more, sorry if off the topic.

Norm is A person in a particular Grade is paid a Fixed Amt Gross. However reasons like Date of Joining,Experiences,Specialist Allowances can be qouted to avoid the same.
