Hey Nitin - sounds like a great trip! If you dont' mind my asking - is this an official or personal trip?

I've just posted my photos for the SQ BLR-SIN-ICN-SFO sectors on the TR section - so you'll get another look at what awaits you!

Good luck on this trip - how long is this trip?

The 767 is probably not too bad - since it has a comfortable 2-3-2 layout - so you have to be really unlucky to get a middle seat

Well Nimish:
First of all thanks for replying.. i have flown numerous times on the SQ flight to SFO. I like the 777 quite a bit!
Secondly, The trip is kidn of business and kind of pleasure. Basically i am going to salvador brazil for a meeting. Lawyers meet.
Thirdly, I am estatic cuz i am flying J! (which is cool on the SQ 16 sector cuz their 777's dont have F!)

Anyways..looking fwd to it.

Wow - lucky bum!! Incredible - I wish my company would pay for J class travel - I have to "suffer" through Y class on almost all my trips!

Yes - J on SQ16 should be magnificient, and a good way to fly LH - coz their Y is quite terrible - especially after flying carriers like SQ

for your kind of trip, a trip-report won't do.  You'll have to create a whole new website for it. Bon Voyage!!

Trip reports are what happened during the entire trip and how it went, we expect yours to be so detailed to give us fuel burn, thrust rate, and accent speed in all of the flights.

Awesome man.....fly around the globe......

Sometimes we wish, u get a personal jet so that u could just zip around

Ok as much as i hate to say this.. but i just got the news that all my sectors in J were not confirmed.. so i now have a bloody economy ticket :)

It kind of sucks... that my parents will be up ahead in J and i will be back in the cattle class! Anyways, i have enough miles to get an upgrade from DEL to SFO so thats good!

Other than that.. feeling shitty.. but at the same time wondering why i am acting like such a spoilt assh&&&.

No problems man, atleast ur on the plane

Let me share with you a story told to me by an airliner stalwart

He was on duty that day. It was a chaotic scene at the ticketing counter. Hundreds of people lining up to check in. The angers were running high, and we were short staffed.

The economy got filled up and now we were in a dilemma. We had a passenger with an economy ticket and a confirmed one. We had to take him on board. We checked him on first class. The man was thankful and was about to leave, just then the lady who checked in earlier than him was still around . On noticing this economy to first......she started arguing with the staff that she too be upgraded as she too had a confirmed economy ticket.

The man who got checked in from economy to first, was truly a modest man, who aptly and suttly suggested to the lady......Mam, First class is not just a boarding pass, it's a way of life.
