Personally I feel its too simple.It needs to be more attractive as its the 1st page.

Not a flash intro please! Flash is pretty yucky and slow...

I also like the grey background with the yellow/orange title fonts. It looks extremely nice.

The grey theme is very nice, but the banner doesn't blend well with the rest of the page.

Can we increase the size of the banner to fit the screen size.

Love the new banner; went through all the other banners and flickr and this combination of the pic and font, I would say is the best looking one.
