On the projects page, they are being very economical with the truth on the "completed" points.


For example, they say that "seating arrangements" at all domestic terminals are completed. Well, 1-B/domestic departure was far from completed yesterday.


Delhi Airport will simply never improve until the Airport operators take into account the issues faced by "normal" passengers. I do not see any attempt at informing passengers in advance about what steps they actually plan to take, besides hiking charges.
