Jaipur, July 31 (IANS) Facing criticism for a helicopter and an SUV she rides around in, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje will soon be flying in a $5-million aircraft the state government is acquiring from the United States.
The first instalment of $100,000 for the Beechcraft King Air B200, which is expected to arrive here by September-end, has already been paid to the US-based Raytheon Aircraft. Beechcraft is now a division of Raytheon Aircraft.
The King Air B200 has a capacity of 13 passengers and can fly at a maximum speed of 333 miles per hour at an altitude of 15,000 feet.
