Am I the only person who gets upset AND takes action when observing how the local cops/CISF/AAI/others go around treating some people like VIPs, breaking queues, exempting them from security frisking, etcetc?

I think it was in news recently that PP on one of his international fights didn't appear for immigration, and sent his assistant instead. And when the officer in-charge objected, he was promptly transferred.
I have a few RTI Applications in various stages of their life-cycle on this subject. They are with MoCA, BCAS, AAI, CISF and others. Very interesting responses to queries basically along the lines that what sort of Laws of India in the first case make a segregation between the way governance treats citizens and so-called VIPs.
Then on the definitions of VIPs.
And next on what or who pays for these so-called VIP costs.
Growin, though I would appreciate some more anecdotes/experiences. Details of some of these applications can be seen at http://horn-please.blogspot.com
