hey was just going through jetairways.com n they hav introduced online booking fr the india-london sectors and guess what the late night flite from mumbai-london wich is strting frm 10th july is handled by the a332 BUT the a332 dusnt show a return on any other london-india sector! anyone to solve the mystery?

Indian private carrier Jet Airways is to acquire ten Airbus A330-200s/-300s and has taken options on ten more, becoming a new client for the popular A330/A340 family.Deliveries are due to begin as early as the first quarter of 2007, but Jet Airways will become the first Indian operator of the Airbus A330 even sooner, in May 2006, when it takes delivery of the first of several aircraft leased from ILFC.

Jet Airways inducts Airbus 330 for India-London flights
Jet Airways has announced the induction of the state-of-the-art Airbus A 330-200 aircraft into its fleet. The first of its kind to be operated in India, the A330 on June 1st joined the Jet fleet, thereby taking the airline’s fleet size to 55.
The maiden commercial flight of this A330-200 Aircraft will be on June 13, 2006 and will thereafter operate three times per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from Delhi to London Heathrow.
jet has decided to launch a new service from amritsar to london from aug 4 with their A 330 thrice a week . they are also palnning to launch their DEL-SIN flight on sept. 6 using B 737-800
New Delhi, July 7: Pursuing its expansion plans after its bid for takeover of Air Sahara failed, Jet Airways has decided to launch a new Amritsar-London service from August 4.
The new flight from Amritsar would operate on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 1335 hours, airline sources said, adding that a leased Airbus A-330, with 30 business class seats and 196 in the economy, would operate on the route.
The private sector carrier follows the footsteps of Air India in tapping the burgeoning air travel market in Punjab.
Jet Airways also plans to launch a Delhi-Singapore flight from September 6with a Boeing 737-800. This would be a morning service starting at 0830 hours.
The sources said that Jet also planned to launch a second Mumbai-London flight on July 10, with an A-340 aircraft.
Jet already operates to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Colombo from Chennai and to Kathmandu from Delhi.
Air Sahara, which recently launched an attractive return fare of Rs 8,500 plus taxes on the Delhi-Singapore route, has also planned to start its Delhi-London flight by this month end. Soon after the Rs 2,300 crore acquisition deal by Jet Airways fell through, Air Sahara also re-launched its 'Sixer' scheme offering six economy tickets on any of its domestic sector at Rs 26,000.
Meanwhile, Jet Airways has appointed Werner Borchert as its Vice President (flight operations).
"Borchert comes with over 20 years of international experience in airline business," Jet informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
It also said that its Vice President (Customer Services and Inflight) Rajesh Verma has resigned from the company's services.
