The air force ranks(e.g. Squadron Leader, Wing Commander etc) are only in the Commonwealth and other countries which were under British influence. The air forces of the US,Russia and many other countries use army ranks.

the way the things are going, pretty much everybody shall be General(1000) post in matter of months. How about creating a ranking with top job at 10,000 post, and equally spreading the rest.
yeah sure keeping same army ranks the 10,000th post wud match to a "President" or if u think of changing into management names then CMD will be the best.
