---NEXT-GENERATION BUSINESS CLASS DEBUTS TODAY ON 767---
After much anticipation, American's new 767-300 Next-Generation Business Class prototype aircraft entered service today. The new cabin enhancements on the 767-300s will result in a more competitive product in the international marketplace. The investment is necessary to maintain American's market share while delivering products and services that customers value and appreciate.
The new product features a lie-flat Business Class seat, new overhead bins and a new inflight entertainment system. American will officially unveil the Next-Generation Business Class at the National Business Travel Association (NBTA) Convention and Exposition in Chicago next month. The remaining 767-300 aircraft will begin receiving these enhancements beginning in September.
*** Question - Does any other airline offer a lie-flat business class seat as opposed to sleeperettes?
