Please be advised that it is absolutely essential to reference text you are quoting. Moreover, do not paste the whole article, just the highlights. Those who are interested can go on to the link to read it. Also, the quoted text must be italicized and within inverted commas.
Failing to comply with the above direction shall result in deletion of your post. And if it is done by thread starter, then deletion of the whole thread.
I have been noticing that some of the members are not posting links all the time. At the same time they are pasting the complete article. I had previously suggested that one quote only the highlights, and provide link for those wishing to read the full text. Quoting full article makes the webpage too long and hence inconvenient to most.
But to my dismay, it is not being followed all the time by all the members. I am seriously contemplating deleting post that don't have the associated link, and also those where whole article has been posted.
Before I do that, I would like to have your comments and opinion.
I like the idea of givin links and pasying the highlights of the articles but italics and inv. commas are too much time consuming and not always remembered

the minor being that it avoids the need for posting the huge article and you can do with highlights. As stated, those interested can always go and read the full text if they wish.
effective right away, any post where the content has been quoted from other sources has to be supplemented by a working link withoug fail.
Moreover, don't paste the whole article, just the hightlights. Those willing to read can go to the link.
Failing to do so will result in deletion of the post. I'd request other moderators to do the same. Moreover, it shall apply to new posts only. Those already posted will not be deleted.
