Well - nothing much to discuss. It was a mistake.


How such a mistake can be made can always be asked? But then it can happen - as withnessed by the SQ crash in TPE where they sued the parallel runway - again an incident precedeed by similar incidents - I remember one long defunct US airline landing at the wrong parallell runway in MEX with disastrous results 2-3 decades back.

Wow man! thats deadly....On reading the article, it appears as if the shooting down was done on purpose. But then, you never know how people react under pressure!
